Extension school management

The extension school management is responsible for providing the learners with the services that are defined within the extension school and within the board of directors of the university. It is the extension school management's responsibility that the services we communicate to the learners correspond to the services actually delivered.

Extension School Support

As described in the FunctionalDescription, the role Extension School Support is responsible for support online education. In detail Extension School Support should:

• accomodate that learners are admitted on time
• ensure that learners are registered in Osiris on time
• learners that withdraw from a course are reimbursed
• inform instructors on online aspects of their course (such as lists of learners)
