As described in the FunctionalDescription, the role Extension School Support is responsible for support online education. In detail Extension School Support should:
- accomodate that learners are admitted on time
- ensure that learners are registered in Osiris on time
- learners that withdraw from a course are reimbursed
- inform instructors on online aspects of their course (such as lists of learners)
